Aluminum Products carry the industry's finest limited warranty. If you find a major manufacturer's published warranty on Aluminum fencing that you and/or your attorney feel will better protect your investment than Country Estate's published warranty, submit your request to us in writing along with a copy of the competitor's warranty and we will warrant our product using the competitor's warranty rather than ours. Warranties are only as good as the company behind them. Be certain to understand warranty details before you buy. Limited Lifetime Warranty Nebraska Plastics, Inc. guarantees that, for as long as you own the product, Nebraska Plastic's aluminum fence and railing products will be free from defects in workmanship and product materials. Nebraska Plastics, Inc. also guarantees that the baked on powder coated finishes of all Nebraska Plastic's products will be free from cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering, rusting or crazing during the same time period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of an entity other than a natural person, the length of this Warranty shall not exceed twenty (20) years from the date of purchase. To be eligible for this Warranty, you must register by submitting a warranty card and a copy of the proof of purchase to Nebraska Plastics within thirty (30) days of purchase to the address below Failure to properly register will limit the terms of this warranty to three (3) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty shall not apply and Nebraska Plastics Inc. shall not be responsible for the guaranteed performance or appearance of the product should the product be improperly installed. Neither does this warranty apply where failure or damage is due to abuse, misuse, vandalism, extreme environmental conditions or acts of God. Should the product fail in accordance with any of the above conditions, the manufacturer, Nebraska Plastics, Inc., will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the defective product or refund that portion of the purchase price covering the defective product. Notice of such failure shall be sent to the manufacturer in writing, along with photographs documenting the alleged defect, and shall specify the nature of the defect and when it was first observed. Nebraska Plastics, Inc. reserves the right to request the return of the product, transportation charges prepaid, for the purpose of inspecting the material to determine the validity of the claim. Any replacement will be made from the factory and only for materials which have been returned to the factory in Canton, OH, transportation prepaid. Materials must not be returned to the factory without prior authorization from Nebraska Plastics, Inc.. Nebraska Plastic's liability hereunder is discharged upon delivery of replacement materials to site. Nebraska Plastics, Inc. will not be responsible for any costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product. This warranty is provided for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferable, whether voluntarily, by operation of law, or otherwise. This limited warranty is the sole, exclusive warranty offered by Nebraska Plastics on the products. All other warranties, whether express or implied by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Nebraska Plastics makes no representation or warranty of any kind other than the limited warranty set forth herein. This warranty contains all of the provisions of your remedies from Nebraska Plastics, Inc.. Nebraska plastics, inc. Shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages; nor shall Nebraska Plastics, Inc. Be liable for any damages, including damages for personal injury, which are based on negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability or any other theory other than the liability set forth above. Incidental and consequential damages shall not be recoverable even if the re-supply remedy provided for herein fails of its purpose. No person is authorized to alter this limited warranty either orally or in writing. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied limited warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty cannot be transferred. How do you preserve your rights as a purchaser of Country Estate Products? On completion of your Country Estate project, your Authorized Independent Country Estate dealer should provide an official copy of the warranty that includes a registration card that must be signed by the Authorized Independent Country Estate Dealer/ Installer and that card must be returned to Nebraska Plastics, Inc. If your dealer does not provide a copy of the warranty, call 1-800-445-2887. Nebraska Plastics, Inc. will acknowledge receipt of your warranty registration.
